Phase Three – Perimeter Fence

PHASE 3. SSS ; Security, Safety, Sustainability.

We project building a 135 meter concrete perimeter fence for the J.R.D.C school property. This will have a significant role play in providing school security, safety of students, and staff and also enhance sustainable development. Sustainable development •⁠ ⁠This walled fence has another important contribution other than securing life and property. •⁠ ⁠We project constructing eight 4x5 km2 shops along the outer perimeter of this wall for economic ventures to generate income for the schools budget. - The first shop, run by JRDC School, will offer essential services, including school stationery, uniforms, photo ID, lamination, photocopying, computer, internet, and translation services. The remaining seven shops will be rented to community members. Cost for this 3rd phase is estimated to cost 883,670 ET Birr or USD 16,000
